Earn Learn Play (ELP) is the City of Los Angeles’ map-based website that helps young people and families find youth programs, services, and opportunities. The Youth Development Department (YDD) maintains ELP and works with City departments and community-based organizations to keep information current and easy to access.
If your organization serves youth in the City of Los Angeles, you can submit a request to be considered for inclusion on the ELP map.
Who should submit a request
This page is for community-based organizations that:
- Serve youth and young adults (program age ranges vary, typically ages 7-24)
- Provide programs or services in the City of Los Angeles, or primarily serve City of LA residents
- Want to have their organization's youth services considered for listing on the ELP map
Submitting a request does not guarantee inclusion on the map.
What happens after you submit
- YDD reviews your organization’s information to confirm it is a good fit for ELP.
- If approved, YDD will follow up to request details about your specific youth program(s) that may be added to the map.
- If needed, YDD may contact you with questions before making a decision.
ELP is an informational tool. Inclusion does not mean City funding, a contract, or a City endorsement of services.
