Led by the Youth Development Department, in partnership with the Offices of Mayor Karen Bass and Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez and GPSN, Earn Learn Play connects youth to programs and services from the following partner City Departments and Offices: Animal Services, Civil + Human Rights and Equity, City Clerk, City Tourism, Community Investment for Families, Cultural Affairs, Economic and Workforce Development, Fire, Housing, Library, Neighborhood Empowerment, Recreation and Parks, Personnel, Police, Transportation, Zoo, as well as the Mayor’s Office of Gang Reduction and Youth Development, Board of Public Works, Housing Authority, Port of L.A., and World Airports.
